This Candidate Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) explains how Pro Sportority (Israel) Ltd., with registered address at 8th Yitzhak Sade St., Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel, and its affiliated companies (“Minute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal data and information (“Personal Information”) about current and former candidates for employment with us (“you,” “your,” “applicant”).
This Privacy Notice sets out the basis on which we process any Personal Information that you provide to us when applying for a role and other Personal Information we receive from you or third parties (such as references) in connection with your job application. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your Personal Information and how we will treat it.

Changes to this privacy notice
We may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time, in which case we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to the ways in which we process your Personal Information, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (such as by emailing you or posting a notice on our careers page) and will take additional steps as required by applicable law.
The Personal Information We Collect
Your personal information as a job applicant may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, address, qualifications, skills, employment history, experience and education history, information presented in your resume/CV (Curriculum Vitae) or cover letter, your employment preferences, your right to work in the country in question, photos and links to webpages or websites you operate online, performance in home-assignment, and additional information obtained in your interviews.
We also collect additional information that you choose to share with us, such as your current and historic salary information and salary expectations. If you voluntarily provide us with information about your background, such as your gender, racial or ethnic origin, or health condition, we will also process that information.
We also collect the names and contact details of your application references, as well as information we receive through reference letters or in our discussions with those references. It is your responsibility to obtain consent from those you provide as references before you give us their contact information.
You are not under any legal obligation to provide us with your personal information. However, we will not be able to consider your application for the position without this information (with the exception of information you voluntarily choose to provide to us).
We do not recruit or employ individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information about individuals under that age.
Purposes of Processing your Personal Information
We collect and process personal information about job applicants like you for the purpose of conducting a proper recruitment process, assessing how suitable you are for the position, deciding whether to hire you and, where relevant, preparing to enter into an employment agreement with you.
We also process your personal information to consider you for future openings at Minute and our corporate group affiliates, other than the specific position to which you initially apply. For example, we may contact you later if a similar position subsequently becomes available, which we believe may be relevant for you.

Methods and Sources for Collecting Your Personal Information
We collect the information from several sources:

Directly from you as an applicant, through documents you provide us, application forms you complete, and interviews we conduct with you.

Sharing Your Personal Information
Your information will be shared with our recruitment team, the manager overseeing the position to which you are applying, and, at times, also other members of the team to which the position belongs. We will also share some of your information with outside parties that we hire to provide services relating to the purposes mentioned above, such as recruitment, screening and placement agencies, external advisors, and relevant service providers (“Service Providers”). These parties, as well as vendors who provide services related to recruitment and hiring, including hosting, facility access and security, cloud storage and IT services, applicant records management, business applications, and background checks and other verifications, are required to implement measures to safeguard your personal information. Because we operate our business as an affiliated group of companies, we may also share your information with other companies in our corporate group (“Corporate Affiliates”) as may be necessary to process your application and evaluate your candidacy. Where relevant for the role, we may share your information with recruitment agencies and related service providers, as well as with individuals whose details you provide for us to contact and obtain an employment reference.
We may share your information with law enforcement, courts, or other third parties if legally required or to protect our rights in case of complaints or lawsuits related to your candidacy. We may also disclose your information in connection with, or in anticipation of, an asset sale, merger, bankruptcy, or other business transaction. We may also share your information with other third parties with your permission or at your direction.
In any case, we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where we store and/or transfer your Personal Information
We will maintain your Personal Information on our systems, which may be hosted in the United States or other countries. We may transfer your Personal Information to Service Providers and Corporate Affiliates in the United States and other countries. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the Personal Information. When we transfer your Personal Information to other countries, we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Retention of Your Personal Information
We retain your Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements, and to assert or defend against legal claims or for other business purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, potential harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for processing, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
Generally, we retain your Personal Information for up to five years after your last employment application or actual employment, if applicable. However, we may retain it longer if required by law or for legal claims.

We are storing your Personal Information on our applicant tracking system.
